UK property company, Ashtenne Holdings has teamed up with global investment house Morley Fund Management to launch the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, aimed at institutional investors.
The £281m fund aims to offer indirect institutional exposure to actively managed high yielding UK industrial property.
The life of the fund will be seven years in the first instance
The initial portfolio consists of £249m of industrial property purchased from Ashtenne, £16m of industrial property bought from Morley, and £16m of industrial property purchased by the new fund in the market alongside the launch.
