UK - Northern Trust has appointed Invesco and Royal London Asset Management to its UK multi-manager fixed interest fund.
The managers will work alongside Credit Suisse Asset Management, which currently manages government issues in the fund.
Invesco will manage the funds corporate bonds portfolio and Royal London will aim to secure the best allocation between government issues and corporate bonds.
Managing director of multi-manager products Tony Earnshaw said:“The new structure also fits with our strategy of having a style-neutral investment philosophy.
“Both Invesco and Royal London Asset Management have a strong track record in fixed income investing and we are looking forward to working with them.”
