THE NETHERLANDS - Aegon has appointed Charles Henderson as vice-president of corporate responsibility.
He will be based in The Hague and now reports to Paul van de Geijn, a member of Aegon’s executive board.
Since 1989, Henderson has worked for Aegon Asset Management UK where his roles have included head of corporate responsibility and governance.
Henderson is a director of the UK Social Investment Forum.
