Global firm Aon Consulting has appointed David West to its international benefits practice as a senior consultant.
West will be advising a range of clients on all aspects of benefits consulting, including global benefits strategy and international benefit audits, M&A due diligence, establishing and managing expatriate packages and pooling of insured benefit programmes.
He has spent most of his career in employee benefit and compensation consulting, specialising in international issues. Over 19 years, West worked mainly for companies that are now part of international consultants William M Mercer, including a period at Noble Lowndes’ international practice office in Brussels.
West reports to head of Aon’s international benefits practice, Simon Wasserman.
