UK - Mercer Human Resource Consulting has appointed Ray Martin as a principal within its client management team effective 3 April.
His new role will see Martin (pictured) responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with domestic and multinational clients. He will be based in Edinburgh.
Martin joined Mercer from Scottish & Newcastle, where he spent four years as HR director, Reward. Prior to that, he was vice president compensation & benefits at Airbus SAS.
