US - Schroders has strengthened its global credit team with two new senior appointments in New York.
Both recruits will hold the position of vice president.
Jeffrey Bernstein will work as a credit analyst covering financial institutions. He most recently served at Credit Suisse First Boston, New York, where he was vice president, portfolio management research since December 2000.
Lori Woodland has been hired as a credit analyst focusing on utilities and energy. She spent the last two years as vice president, fixed income research, at Zurich Scudder Investments / Deutsche Asset Management in Chicago and New York.
They will report to Jack Davis, global head of credit, who is also based in New York.
