    • How DC schemes can gain exposure to different asset classes in a low-return environment

So far, DC plans have largely been focused on the onset of auto-enrolment and changes to the regulatory framework - be it the ‘charge cap,' ‘pension freedoms' or consultations around ‘value for money', says Annabel Tonry, Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM).

      Pension freedoms three years on

In 2015 George Osborne, then the UK Chancellor of the Exchequer, decided that those age over 55 could take much more of their pension in cash. This has since opened up a range of possibilities for DC scheme members in the world of pensions.

EUROPE - Watson Wyatt has relaunched its global website with a new facility, ‘My Watson Wyatt', that allows visitors to pick the news and information that matter most to them.

While we've made a number of important style, content and navigational changes, what is exciting about this relaunch is that visitors can now tailor their view of www.watsonwyatt.com to focus on the news and online publications in which they are most interested, said Veronica Shale, internet channel manager at Watson Wyatt. It makes our site an extremely useable resource.

Using the ‘My Watson Wyatt’ feature, visitors can subscribe to the firm's online publications and choose to see the news stories that interest them most. Watson Wyatt provides news, comment and research from its website on a wide range of people and financial management issues.

Watson Wyatt's website is content rich, said Veronica Shale. Clearly, most visitors are primarily interested only in certain aspects of our consulting. My Watson Wyatt lets them get straight to the content they most want.
