UK - A new software system designed to improve the sales and service process for IFAs has been launched by Sirius Financial Systems and Prudential.
The service – which is available to IFAs using the Swift 2001 system – will enable users to transmit quotation requests directly to Prudential without having to ring a call centre or visit a third party portal.
IFAs will receive both a compliant quote and the associated paperwork.
