
Credit Suisse hires EMEA TM head
UK/US- Steve Webster has joined Credit Suisse as director and head of its Europe, Middle East and Africa transition management team.
Webster had been at RBS when the firm axed its transition management team as part of a company-wide restructure. In November last year, RBS announced 2700 job cuts as it moved to focus more on its core business.
Webster had been part of a trio at RBS which included Struan Malcolm and Adekemi Adebajo.
Separately, Hari Achuthan, director and previously head of sales of transition management in the Americas has moved to the alternative group at Credit Suisse to distribute alternative investment products in the Americas, she said.
He will continue to distribute transition management and also help build out passive index mandates including ETF's
