UK - Richard White has left Fidelity Investments to joins Credit Suisse Asset Management as a bond manager, based in London.
He spent four years at Fidelity as a member of the fixed interest team and the investment strategy team, credit exposure.
He will now be responsible for managing life funds with some £3bn under management and report to Ian Fishwick who runs UK fixed income at CSAM.The team manages a total of £6bn.
Commenting on the appointment, Ian Fishwick said: “Following the strong performance of the UK fixed income team it is important that we continue to strengthen our expertise in this area.
“The recruitment of someone of Richard’s calibre demonstrates out commitment to ensuring CSAM remains a leader in the fixed income arena.”
