UK - Gissings has been appointed by DuPontSA to provide pension scheme administration and accounting services for the defined benefit section of its pension scheme.
DuPontSA is a $1bn joint venture between DuPont and Sabanci which develops, produces and sells polyester intermediates, resin and fibre products for markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Gissings was appointed last year to administer DuPontSA’s new defined contribution plan, and will also provide employee payroll services to DuPontSA with effect from April 1, 2002.
