UK - Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) has hired Kristina Ilar as vice president from Gartmore.
Ilar will be responsible for all aspects of institutional sales and business development on the Nordic region and will report to Michael Green, head of institutional sales for EMEA.
Commenting on the appointment, Green said: “We are delighted that Kristina is joining the team. We believe that there is considerable potential for MSIM in the Nordic region, and Kristina’s extensive experience will be key in helping to unlock that potential. This appointment provides further evidence of our commitment to grow our institutional business across Europe.”
