UK - Butterfield Private Bank has launched a range of pension banking services to create a "one-stop shop" for SIPP and SSAS provision.
The bank will provide a pension mortgage service to lend money to those looking to purchase commercial property as part of any self invested personal pension or a small self-administered scheme.
It is also offering a pension fund account designed to hold pension fund monies awaiting investments in equities, securities and or property.
Butterfield said it would also apply to become a SIPP provider in its own right.
