UK - Financial Services Authority chairman Sir Howard Davies has voiced concerns that many small UK private property firms are highly geared while containing little collateral.
Sir Howard spoke out after reports found that commercial lending to property companies was continuing to grow rapidly while economic growth appeared to have stalled.
