Gary Bowker has joined global firm William M Mercer as senior employment law consultant, based in London.
His new role involves advising clients on employment law issues especially diversity and discrimination matters.
Bowker has more than 20 years experience of legal analysis, research and reporting of equal opportunities developments in the workplace. Most recently he worked at the Industrial Relations Service, where he was the editor of Equal Opportunities Review and Discrimination Case Law Digest.
He continues as a member of the Discrimination Lawyers Association and the CIPD Steering Group on equal pay.
