Citibank Worldwide Services, a division of Citigroup's global corporate and investment banking business, has appointed Susan Ebenston to the newly created position of global head of insurance and asset managers.
Ebenston hails from State Street Bank where she was a London-based director of business strategy.
Ebenston will report to global product manager, Francis Jackson.
Her appointment follows the recent naming of Thomas Abraham as head of outsourcing services, who will spearhead the bank’s efforts to meet institutional investors’ emerging administrative and custodial needs. Abraham joined Citibank from Deutsche Bank, where he was chief operating officer for its securities and investment banking business in Japan.
