UK - F&C Management has appointed Luc Leclercq as group head of client services.
Leclercq was previously a managing director with JPMorgan Chase where he held a number of operations roles and business management functions for over 16 years.
All client service functions across the group will report to Leclercq, while client relationship management remains unaffected.
LeClercq will report to Patrick Johns and Alain Grisay, joint heads of institutional business.
Johns said: “Luc will be responsible for ensuring that when we service and report to our clients, we do so in a way that defines best industry practice.”
