UK - Will Aitken has joined Watson Wyatt as a senior consultant in its defined contribution (DC) pension business, having spent the last 10 years at Aon.
Watson Wyatt said Aitken had experience on the variuos aspects of regulated and DC pensions advice, including group stakeholders, occupational DC schemes, conversions from DB to DC, insured DB schemes, AVCs, salary sacrifice, redundancy and retirement counselling and member presentations.
He will be based in London.
Kevin Stratford, senior consultant at Watson Wyatt, said the UK market was currently witnessing increased demand from clients for DC solutions.
