NORWAY - Norske Stadsbaner (NSB), the Norwegian State railway, and Aberdeen Celexa Property Investors Nordic Region have jointly created a new property investment management firm.
The new company, Celexa Eiendomsforvaltning, will also cover property administration and will take on those properties currently managed by NSB’s property unit, NSB Eiendom.
According to the new firm, the “all-out approach to property management” is a first for Norway. The move is also aimed at giving NSB to develop its strategy at becoming more yield oriented.
*Aberdeen Celexa Property Investors Nordic Region is based in Stockholm and is a European subsidiary of the £5.9bn Aberdeen Property Investors International Group.
