Finnish securities firm Evli Securities will offer fund managers of pension funds the option of online trading by the end of this year.
Via the EvliNet Asset Management Portal, fund managers will be able to trade stocks on the Helsinki exchanges by using the new Nokia 9210 Communicator.
Evli executive vice president Markku Malkamäki said the new portal will initially serve as a real time portfolio tracking service for funds with up to 30 stocks.
According to Evli, the new asset management portal is the first in Europe to provide a mobile internet service intended for online investing.
