UK - Insurance recruitment firm IPS has bought Anakin Seal, a specialist legal recruitment consultancy with offices in Manchester and Leeds, for an undisclosed amount.
Anakin Seal will keep its own brand for legal recruitment but its insurance division will be renamed IPS Manchester. This will extend IPS’s geographical range into the commercially important area.
The takeover adds a database of more than 15,000 insurance and financial service candidates to IPS’s existing database of more than 80,000.
