UK - Robert Middleton will replace Ron Amy as chief executive of Aon Consulting in the UK, who will now focus on providing global benefit services to multinational organisations.
The company also appointed Baljit Dail to the newly-created role of global chief administrative officer, having previously served as executive vice president of global strategy.
Aon were not immediately available for comment, but CEO Andrew Appel said in a release the three would be responsible for developing strategies to enhance client service, attracting and retaining talent, and building innovation on a global basis.
Both Amy and Dail will continue to report to Appel, and Amy will remain chairman of Aon Consulting UK.
Middleton is currently managing director of Aon Consulting in the UK.
