GERMANY - Standard LIfe Investments has appointed Gabriele Schlitt as investment director for European Business Development.
Based in Frankfurt, Schlitt will work with Edinburgh-based investment director Heiko Hahse and will be jointly responsible for marketing institutional products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Schlitt joined Standard Life from Threadneedle Investments where she held the position of regional sales director in Frankfurt.
Neil McPherson, head of European business development at Standard LIfe Investments said: “With over 18 year experience in financial services and investment management, Ms Schlitt will play a vital role in enhancing our profile within those institutional markets.”
