UK - London Borough of Harrow has retained Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) and Phillips & Drew (P&D).
Harrow subjected the investment managers to a review completed at the end of March as part of an annual review and will focus solely on its investment arrangements.
Harrow’s £270m assets were roughly split on an equal basis by MLIM and P&D.
The fund is advised by Hymans Robertson.
