UK - Gissings has appointed David Brooks as finance director.
Brooks is currently chief executive European operations at Dura Automotive where he will continue to work on a part time basis until June 2002.
Brooks was previously group finance director for Adwest before Dura acquired it in 1999. Before joining Dura, Brooks was a partner with KPMG for 16 years.
