UK - Morley Fund Management has appointed Anne Faber as an assistant fund manager in the external property funds emerging sectors team, based in London.
She will be responsible for covering regeneration, PFI initiatives and nursing homes and will report to Chris Laxton, head of external property funds.
Faber joins Morley from Schroder Property, part of Schroder Investment Management. During her time there she was an investment surveyor before becoming an assistant fund manager on its emerging retail property unit trust in 1999.
