Lynne Wood has joined global fund manager Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (SWIP) as head of human resources.
Wood will be responsible for all personnel matters within the firm and will report to Bill Main, chief executive officer.
She joins the new Edinburgh-based position from Murray Johnstone where she was head of HR for more than three years. Prior to this was HR manager at Scottish Amicable Investment Managers.
*Since July last year SWIP has strengthened its investment management teams and has appointed 40 new investment professionals. It now has a 112-strong fund management team and oversees around £20bn of institutional assets.
