UK - Henderson Global Investors has appointed Kevin Adams as director of global government bonds, effective August 4.
Adams joins the firm from Credit Suisse where he was a director of UK fixed income.
He returns to Hendersons having been a member of the team between 1996 and 2001 and will now work closely with Daniel Beharall, director of fixed income.
Commenting on the appointment, John Sharman, global director of fixed interest, said: “His [Adam’s] appointment will allow Daniel Beharall to focus on the management and further development of the next generation of fixed income products, high alpha, including in particular our fixed interest hedge and emerging market funds.”
Adams will also be a key contributor to the fixed income asset allocation process as well as a core member of the team running Henderson's global aggregate product.
