UK - B&CE has chosen Aqera to provide software to produce statutory money purchase illustrations on its EasyBuild pension scheme.
B&CE – the not-for-profit organisation that runs a pension scheme for construction industry workers – will implement Aqera’s interactive pensions software to provide annual pension statements, online modelling tools and quotation facilities.
B&CE chief executive Brian Griffiths said: “This software means that EasyBuild customers will have access to a system that gives them the tools they need to plan for retirement.”
The SMPI regulations come into force in April and apply to all defined contribution pensions.
B&CE has a membership of more than 8000 employers providing benefits to over 200,000 members. It also operates the UK’s most popular stakeholder scheme with over 180,000 members.
