SWEDEN / FINLAND - Johan Hamilton has left Wassum Consulting to join Schroder Investment Management as the firm's new country head for Sweden and Finland.
Hamilton will be based in Stockholm and will be responsible for managing and developing Schroder’s institutional and retail business in Sweden and Finland. His appointment comes as Schroder looks to expand its presence in those regions.
Prior to his joining Schroder, Hamilton was a senior consultant at Wassum, advising pension funds, trusts, companies and local governments on investment strategies and manager selection. Past industry roles include a spell as head of institutional sales at Handelsbanken Kapitalforvaltning.
