UK - Alan James joins Barclays Capital as associate director in inflation-linked strategy research.
He will be based in London and will report to Tim Bond, head of fixed income strategy.
James joins the team after six years with Credit Suisse First Boston, where his most recent position was vice president in European fixed income strategy.
Barclays Capital head of market strategy Larry Kantor said: “Alan’s hire will ensure that we maintain our leading position in the inflation-linked market and continue to produce cutting edge inflation-linked research for our clients.”
