UK - Tough guidelines to force fund managers to disclose more information to pension schemes have been agreed.
The Pension Fund Disclosure code has been drawn up by the Investment Management Association in conjunction with the NAPF. Final wording was approved by both organisations at the end of last week. The code goes a step further than Myners’ proposals on broker commissions, by seeking disclosure on all costs incurred in managing pension scheme funds.
