UK - Man Group has appointed Jonathan Nicholls to the board of directors as an independent non-executive director with effect from March 24.
He will be a member of the audit and risk, remuneration and nomination committees.
Nicholls joined Hanson in 1996 as group treasurer and was appointed to the position of finance director of Hanson in June 1998.
