UK - The io Group, the specialist industrial asset manager and developer, has appointed Andrew Slipper to its main board to oversee its existing io Centre development programme and lead expansion into design and build and distribution development.
Slipper joins io after 12 years as managing director of Vanbrugh Land, the distribution warehouse specialist.
Through a new joint venture, io Vanbrugh, Slipper will launch a design and build and distribution development business, complementing io’s existing io Centre development programme, which provides branded, multi-let industrial/business estates on flexible lease terms and for individual unit sales.
