UK - Almeida Capital, the private equity information service provider, has appointed Mitch Cybulski as its new chairman.
Prior to his arrival at Almeida, Cybulski was chairman of pharmaceuticals giant SmithKline Beecham International, responsible for the company's pharmaceutical and consumer operations outside of North America and Europe.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Sachar, chief executive of Almeida Capital said: “As chairman [Cybulski] will be able to guide us through the next phase of our business development.
“He brings the highest level managerial skills to the firm and these will complement the expertise of our other highly respected non-executive directors.
