UK - The Association of Property Unit Trusts has teamed up with its European counterpart to promote best practice and transparency among pooled property vehicles.
APUT and the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles say they will look at extending APUT’s code of practice to encompass a broader range of funds, such as limited partnerships.
Additionally, they will examine plans to extend property indices to include European non-listed vehicles.
