UK - The Pensions Research Accountants Group has updated its guidelines for trustees and scheme sponsors dealing with data protection issues.
PRAG has rethought how trustees deal with issues raised by the 1998 Data Protection Act. It believes that certain sections of the Act are still untested and are subject to different interpretations.
The document has been issued free to all PRAG members, and additional copies are available for £10 each through www.prag.org.uk.
