The eastern European equity team at Swiss investment house Vontobel Asset Management has quit.
Fund manager David Molnar, trader Beat Weiss, and team assistant Christaine Loberbauer have now left the firm.
It is understood that the three-strong team had some disagreements with Vontobel’s chief executive officer, Beat Naegeli. Naegeli has been with the Zurich-based firm for about one year.
Gunther Faschang will manage the eastern European equities from Bank Vontobel in Austria.
