UK - Aon Consulting has been busy recruiting after it lost its head of defined contribution (DC), Paul Macro, who has jumped ship to join rival Watson Wyatt.
Watson Wyatt appointed Macro as a senior consultant who will be leading the DC consulting practice in Manchester and will also be working with its Edinburgh office to develop the Scottish DC market.
Macro, who joins Watson Wyatt in August, was head of DC consulting at Aon since 2004 and also worked at Hewitt Associates.
Watson Wyatt's head of DC consulting, Kevin Stratford, said: “Macro will bring his extensive knowledge and experience to the field of DC consulting to enhance our consulting capabilities in this area.”
