UK - Aon Consulting has poached Alan Hewitt from rival firm William M Mercer. He joins as senior consultant in its UK international benefits practice.
Hewitt has more than 10 years international experience - working for Mercer in Brussels and London. Before that he was with MIA Employee Benefits Network, again in Brussels.
In his new position Hewitt will be working alongside Brian Waite and David West.
Simon Wasserman, head of Aon's international benefits practice said: [Hewitt's] European perspective, having worked in Brussels for many years, will be of particular value to us.
