UK - Integrated Asset Management, listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, has published a prospectus in relation to the offer for subscription of its new class of variable rate convertible unsecured loan notes, linking interest rate payments to the performance of a hedge fund, namely the GAIM Market Neutral fund of hedge funds.
The notes have a minimum quarterly interest rate of 1.25% and an annual cap at 17%. The company intends to raise up to £2.75m of new funds.
