UK - Trade union Amicus is scrutinising MG Rover's company accounts following the car manufacturer's decision to set up a trust fund to provide post-retirement benefits for company directors.
An Amicus spokesman said financial experts had visited MG Rover to look at records and planned to look at the £12.9m trust fund in light of the firm’s £73m scheme deficit.
