UK - Gartmore has hired David Lee in a bid to strengthen its macro hedge fund team in London.
Lee joins the firm from Bellerophon Investment Management - also a macro hedge fund - where his main focus was global market fixed income strategies.
Prior to his he worked for West End Capital Management in Bermuda with a similar mandate in US and global bond markets.
He will report to Jeremy Hale, lead manager on the global macro fund.
