UK/EUROPE - Investment Property Databank is to publish two directories on UK and European property investment funds in conjunction with Oxford Property Consultants.
Both directories will cover major limited partnerships, specialist property unit trusts and co-investment vehicles, detailing their management, portfolio structure and proposed life span.
Additionally, Oxford Property Consultants will produce two interactive Internet-based databases, which provide real time data on UK and European vehicles, managers, capital sources and advisers.
