UK - T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services has appointed actuary Philip Garcia as a vice president of the client servicing team, focussing primarily on large institutional pension funds in Europe.
Formerly head of UK investment consulting at Towers Perrin, Garcia joins on the back of more than 20 years experience advising pension funds, T. Rowe Price said in a statement.
Christian Elsmark, head of investment services at T. Rowe Price, said: “The company continually strives to offer the highest level of client servicing and Philip will be putting more than 20 years of experience at the service of our clients in Europe.”
