UK - Eva Greenspan has been taken on as a solicitor in the property department of Bircham Dyson Bell.
Greenspan will specialise in planning development and commercial property work and joins from Howard Kennedy.
Bircham Dyson Bell partner, and head of property department, Michael Parker, said: “Eva’s expertise in planning further strengthens the already strong planning expertise within the firm associated with our major projects work.”
As part of its work the property department at Bircham Dyson Bell advises UK pension funds on the legal aspects of their property investments.
