UK - Gissings has appointed Jeff Highfield as practice director for client accounting.
Highfield will be responsible for the provision of accounting services to Gissings’ client pension schemes including preparation of annual accounts, banking and payroll services.
Most recently he was manager of accounting operations in Aon Consulting's Farnborough office, where he hasworked since 1992.

Highfield is also treasurer of the Pensions Research Accountants Group (PRAG) and a member of PRAG's executive committee. He is also chairman of the PRAG working party responsible for the maintenance of the Statement of Recommended Practice, the accounting standard governing the form and content of pension scheme financial statements.
