UK - Frank Manduca has been hired to manage the UK small cap equity team at UBS Global Asset Management.
Formerly the manager of Gartmore’s UK smaller companies fund, Manduca has won several awards for the performance of the funds that he manages.
Manduca will report to head of European Equities Richard West and will be responsible for several funds including UK smaller companies – a fund that outperformed its benchmark by more than 10% a year over the three years to the end of June.
