UK - The £2bn Lancashire County Council Pension Fund has gone out to tender for a global custodian to replace its current line-up of six.
It currently uses Citibank Global Securities Services, HSBC Asset Management, Legal & General Investment Management, JPMorgan Investor Services, Deutsche Bank and the Bank of New York.
The winning bidder will start the contract on December 1.
The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is July 11.
The scheme is advised by its actuary Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
The Preston-based scheme has around 48,000 active, 13,000 deferred and 29,000 pensioner members.
