Zurich Scudder Investments has appointed Nick Adams as defined contribution product manager for its new defined contribution service.
Adams, previously of JP Morgan Fleming, will work specifically on developing the new DC service, which has been branded as Threadneedle Pensions. There he will join Mark Stanley and Emma Douglas, who joined Zurich Scudder as co-heads of the DC business in November.
At JP Morgan Fleming he worked for both its life assurance and asset management divisions. Adams was responsible for launching and restructuring funds, as well as changing the operations model for stakeholder pensions.
Adams has also previously worked at consultants Bacon & Woodrow.
